Hey hey!! Spring time is finally here, and I'm so excited 😁 😆
Just sharing some shop info 😎
After much debate and 15 years of grooming, I'm no longer working Saturdays or Sundays. I realize this will effect some that can only do weekends, but I have a plan, and will do my best to work with you :)
For those of you that have a future Saturday appointment, it's still valid don't worry!!
I'm currently training a bathing assistant and am so thankful for all the patience and understanding, we're doing our best!
I'm still not excepting new clients at this time, taking care of the Shed Happens family is my first priority 😁
I can't express enough gratitude for everyone scheduling ahead for the next appointment, it's really easing some stress and allowing me to focus more on grooming. That said, I'm currently 7-8 weeks booked out. If you can, I highly recommend scheduling out the next 3-4 grooming appointments.
As things calm down, and we get into a better groove, appointments will be more available and less time consuming.
My lovely receptionist Jenny has been an absolute lifesaver!! Plus she brings a warm smile and calming energy into the shop.
She's new to all the dog lingo, trim types, appointment time to block off for, etc.
Everyone has been very patient, and I really appreciate that!! Say Hello next time you're in, she's guaranteed to brighten your day.
If I haven't said this enough, Thank You everyone for your loyalty, support, kind words and friendly advice. I couldn't have done this without you, and I will continue to provide a calm, fun loving place for your fur kids to have a spa day.
