Recently, we have had an alarming number of people ask if we have (or be surprised to find out that we have) heat in our boarding areas. Please let me set the record straight: ALL indoor areas are heated! In fact, last winter we worked with O'Halloran HPC to install a brand-new, state-of-the-art heating system for the entire building. We switched from oil to gas with DiLeo Propane, significantly reducing our carbon footprint. We are thrilled to have been able to work with two local companies, keeping the money in the community. Again, to be clear, all animals board INSIDE in HEATED areas. Large dogs have outdoor pens and are let in and out to access their outdoor space (which is obviously not heated) as needed for exercise and to relieve themselves. In the WARM weather, their chute doors are left open so pups can access the inside and outside areas whenever they wish. As always, if you have any questions, please ask.
