Short-nosed (brachycephalic) dogs, like Pugs, Bulldogs, and French Bulldogs, cannot cool down 🥵 efficiently through panting due to their restricted airways.

This means they are highly susceptible to heatstroke.🌡🔥

Keep them cool this summer! ☀️ Be sure to provide plenty of water💧 and shade 🕶. If you see your pet exhibiting signs of heatstroke (excessive panting and drooling, pale gums, or staggering) call your nearest emergency vet.

To ensure your pet's medications, including parasite preventatives, are ready when you need them, we kindly ask that all refill requests be made *at least 24 hours in advance.* 💊

This gives our team time to:
✔ Review your pet's records
✔ Obtain veterinarian approval if needed
✔ Prepare medications accurately and safely

Please keep in mind that requests sent late in the day, on weekends, or before holidays may take additional time.
