Full service retirement & rehabilitation stalls coming available as early as September 15th in scenic Sutton, MA! Potential for standard full board with owner provided grain to the right person.
The property offers:
• 11’x12’ fully matted stalls
• Simple wash station for bathing and hosing
• An adorable tack room with space for your saddle, trunk and bridles with main level storage options throughout
• Grass paddocks with shade that are maintained to promote natural exercise with use of land; paired or group turnout options and opportunity for 24/7 in a 20’x18’ shared shed to a horse who can coexist happily with an existing resident; individual turnout available on a case by case basis
• Medical paddock space for limited or restricted turnout needs
• 150’x100’ well lit outdoor arena and trails that lead right off the back of the property, field space to warm up/cool out
• No indoor yet but farm is central to multiple beautifully kept facilities who offer indoor arena rentals
Our program offers:
• Knowledgeable staff focused in rehabilitation and retirement who have extensive experience with OTTB’s, hard keepers and problem solving. Evaluations done on arrival aimed to ensure care planning is 100% personalized and includes consistent monitoring and reassessments as your horses needs change
• Forage forward feed program with Tribute grain and optional daily ground flaxseed provided by us; utilizes forage replacement options galore for special needs diets. First cutting hay fed free choice and second cutting available on discussion
• Grooming schedule that includes hoof picking on turn in/out, regular mane & tail management, daily brush downs, hose offs during the summer months and bathing weather permitting. Seasonal clipping is available at cost
• Blanket and turnout gear changes as needed under owner’s written/labeled guide
• Scheduling for use of our service providers, like our network of trainers and bodywork specialists as well as handling for said appointments; ability to do phone or video call for owners who can’t be present
• Rehabilitation related care. We provide hand walking, wrapping, cold hosing/icing, foot soaking, basic wound dressing and bandaging, IM medication administration, and more!
• Ability to utilize our in-house trainer Chloe Smith who’s accepting clients! Fully licensed and insured; Chloe specializes in growing riders up through lower to mid level eventing and teaches all associated disciplines such as dressage and show jumping
• Lease options to someone looking for a show horse for the 2026 season
• Use of your own farrier, vet and trainers (with insurance on file)
