🌞🐴 Summer Horse Camp at Bayfield Farm – A Week to Remember! 🐴🌞
📍 Oxford, NC | June 16–20, 2025
Eighteen enthusiastic kids and five dedicated camp counselors spent five unforgettable days at Bayfield Farm, immersed in the rhythms of life on a working horse farm. From riding lessons and barn chores to learning about horse care, every day was packed with hands-on fun and learning.
🏊‍♀️🎨 The week wasn’t all work—campers also enjoyed swimming, crafts, games, a scavenger hunt, and even some friendly races (running, walking, and skipping!).
💛 One of the most heartwarming moments? A food drive that collected nearly 500 lbs of food for ACIM, delivered by the campers themselves to the Oxford location. What a way to give back!
🎨 The week wrapped up with an open house where parents got a glimpse of camp life and voted on the most creative “new animal breed” drawings—each one a wild and wonderful collaboration of imagination.
Every camper left with new skills, new friends, and stories they’ll be telling all summer long.
