I don’t see this trainer as competition. I see her as a friend and ally trying to help dogs and dog owners. So if you’re looking for a good class, look this lady up. She will be more than happy to help you with your dog.

If you’re wanting to get your dog AKC Canine Good Citizen now is your chance. House of Hounds will be having a class that will meet one day a week for 8 weeks. This class will start July 12th and end on August 30th. Class size is limited. We will be using a force free method with positive reinforcement. Contact me for details.

Hyperfixation can lead to reactivity in dogs. Yet on the same note it’s not always bad. Like in bird dogs. But in pets that hyperfixate on other dogs it can be dangerous. Train your dogs with the goal of being neutral. Well socialized but remaining neutral.
