is a Non-Profit, No Kill 501(c)(3) animal rescue that is dedicated to making a BIG difference in the lives of animals scheduled for euthanasia. Since our formation in 2005 we have successfully rehabilitated, spayed/neutered and adopted out over 7,000 animals. We believe education is the key to ensuring the well-being of companion animals, while helping to end the overpopulation, abuse and unwarran

ted euthanasia. We believe that every animal deserves a second chance at a long, happy and healthy life. rescues puppies and dogs of all ages and breeds. We take great pride in the health, temperament and adoption experience for both the animals and adopters. We specialize in puppies 6 months and younger as they do require more time, care, and medical treatment than an adult dogs. This is because a puppy’s immune system is not fully developed and is more susceptible to catching diseases. We quarantine all animals for a minimum of 21 days to help stop the spread of once deadly diseases. All animals are vaccinated, wormed, made up to date on flea/heart guard prevention and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. About 99% of the animals that we take in are rescued from high-kill shelters. 1% are owner surrender. We are one of the few rescues that treat any and all illnesses including mange, parvo, distemper, corona, influenza, kennel cough, broken bones, liver shunts, etc. We also take in blind and deaf animals. No problem is too big or too small.

My name is Ruffington, and today I went back to my kennel without a family of my own.
I watched people walk by, hoping one of them was here for me. I’m still waiting.

I’m a 10–12 week old Schnauzer/Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. I’m a very sweet, playful boy who does great with kids and gets along well with other animals. We guess he’ll be around 40–50 lbs fully grown, but that’s just our best estimate.

I just want someone to choose me, to take me home, and to be my forever.
Maybe my family couldn’t make it today.
Maybe they’re coming tomorrow.
If you think that might be you, please come meet me. I’ll be waiting, hoping, and ready to give all my love.

Meet Lil King Kong, our 12 week old Staffy mix who may be little now, but his personality is mighty.

This handsome guy is the definition of friendly and social. A true people pleaser, King Kong loves humans, enjoys other animals, and is always front and center for whatever fun is happening next.

He hands out kisses like royalty, shows off his very good sits, and rules the room with charm instead of muscle.

Smart and adaptable, this little king is crate trained and currently working on his basic commands. With his eagerness to learn and love for attention, training time is more play than work. We estimate he’ll be around 55 lbs fully grown, the perfect size for adventures.

Staffy temperament: Loyal, affectionate, people oriented, and eager to please. Staffy mixes are known for their intelligence, adaptability, and strong bonds with their families.

Meet our Aussie mixed blend pups!

These pups may be a mystery mix, but one thing is crystal clear: they are 100% certified good pups.

Teddy Ruxpin (M)
Teddy is a little more on the “press pause, observe, then love you forever” setting. Once he warms up, he’s as comforting as a childhood favorite. Soft, loyal, and always ready to stick close. He’s learning that humans are pretty great and that snuggles are worth the wait.

Toasterella (F)
Toasterella is gently popping into confidence like a perfectly timed piece of toast. She may start out shy, but give her a moment and she’ll rise to the occasion with quiet affection and a sweet, curious nature. A true glow up in progress.

These two are true mutts, a blend of multiple breeds that makes them beautifully unique.
With mixed breed pups, you get the best kind of surprise: varied traits and personalities that aren’t mass-produced.

Meet our adorable 10 week old beagle/lab mixed rescue litter. Aka the Beagle who stole your snacks and your heart.
These pups are serving nose to the ground curiosity with a side of Labrador love.

They are people obsessed, kid approved, and dog friendly social butterflies who believe personal space is optional and cuddles are mandatory.
