Needs Bilateral ACL repair (both rear legs) this boy is hurting and its heart breaking.

Austin came to us a few years ago when his pet parent died from Covid.

We fosteted him and attempted to place him with a new family, yet we were unable to find him the right pet parents & home…so he is with us now.

Austin has a big character personality ans is full of LOVE and wants to play!

Please donate to the go fund me or inbox me. He will likely have his surgery at Blue Pearl in Maitland yet we are trying to work that out still.

Please share recommendations to keep your pets safe as hurricane nears, here are a few tips:

-ER kit/home medication need a week supply and have basic first aid supplies and Benadryl on hand.

-sturdy carrier, and a leash or harness

-pet ID/photo and if possible microchip

-take water bottles/zip bags filled w water place in freezer to keep fridge cold longer and cool off with as needed

-fill bathtubs full of water
-ensure pets have enough food/water for 3-5D as well as each family member.

-make frozen treats up for your pets
*ice cube tray use scoop of peanut butter in each slot and add water
*use zip baggies place few of their favorite treats/foods with water and freeze
*pet bowls full with water and treats then freeze
*fillable bones full with treats and water then freeze

-Ensure their water bowls are topped off before storm and you have a minimum of 3D of water on hand

-Ensure you have enough food for the week.

-Battery operated fan to keep pets cool

-Battery powered radio for sound

-Plenty of extra blankets, towels and linen.

-garbage bags, store bags or p**p baggies.

- plenty of supplies such as paper towels, cleaner and wipes for messes.

-UTD on shots/records for boarding

-extra toys and treats as they will likely be bored and stressed.

Australian Shepherd Male 6yrs old surrendered 2 wks ago due to health reasons of his owner. He has no health issues, follows basic commands, potty trained, crate trained, loves walks and play time as well as nap time. Looking for your soul mate he will make a best friend to anyone! Msg me today…he will do best with a female or Mellow dog, prefer he is spoiled rotten as he is such a good dog!

Mr. Emmett* Looking for a new FUREVER home! DNA cleared of common Aussie genetic defects by his parents, UKC registerable, microchipped and UTD on shots. He is a neutered Red Merle Australian Sheperad 6yrs old w BDAY in November. He was a puppy of ours and his owner surrendered him back to us as she is having medical issues. He does well with our son he is 15 and is able to be around our female Aussie (his mom) and our Brussel Griffon who is very old and non-confrontational. Emmett would do best in an environment with female dogs or laid back dogs that are willing to share and non-territorial. Emmett does well with visitors coming to the home and is able to be re-trained as he is NOT set in his ways. He acts like a puppy still when it’s playtime yet he also will take an afternoon nap with me. He loves to go on long walks “hike” and play fetch with the ball. He does bark at ppl and other dogs so it’s the matter of him learning to trust you and him know that your gonna have his back so he can be re-trained. He is fully potty trained and able to be in the home with no accidents. He does well in a cage through the night also. He is a really great dog and if we didn’t already have 6 dogs we would keep him but our dynamics don’t allow us to keep him FT so we are looking for the right new owners and will interview ppl and meet with you at our home and then at yours to ensure this is a proper fit. We would love him to stay close to our home in Oviedo but are open to all options if it’s the right fit. Must show you’re financially capable to afford a dog and his longterm care. Msg me if your interested ty
