Meet Pepper -Rat Terrier extraordinaire. Rat Terriers are an American breed, common on farms in the 1930 and 40s. They were, as the name suggests, bred to kill rats.
They are loyal and good with children. They like to chase after balls or anything that would remind them of ratting... But they can also be very vocal, have a stubborn streak, and require a lot of exercise to drain the energy out.
If you are an active person this could be the breed for you!

Toby is a potcake dog. That term is given to the dogs of the Bahamas, Turk and Caicos Isles because locals fed the caked on remains of cooking pots to these pups. As a result these dogs can typically eat things that would give a normal dog a tummy ache.
The exact mix of a potcake dog depends on the different breeds living on the islands at the time...
