Mr. Worldwide was brought to a vet office to be euthanized. His owner has gone to prison, leaving 6 pitties behind. The family is able to keep 5 of them, but not Mr. Worldwide, who’s the oldest. It’s honestly rather impressive the family was able to help 5 of the 6 dogs, because that’s a lot of dogs to simultaneously integrate into a home. The vet wanted to give Mr. Worldwide an opportunity to find a home. He had one week to find either a foster or forever home.
He’s estimated to be around 8 years old, and seems to have the beginning of muscle wasting on his head. He still has lots of life left! Lots of body wiggles, tail wags, and endless kisses to give. He doesn’t like cats, but has obviously lived with 5 other dogs. His ears are pretty sensitive right now, vet thinks likely due to infection. He is sweet, loving, solicits attention, and thinks he’s a big lap dog. I would really hate to see his last week of life be spent kenneled, not in a home, and not a loved family member.
