I am wanting to address things publicly instead of a video or in person…..

I am a 1-1 by appointment only Pet groomer…..
I do not take walk-in’s and I do prefer people to not just show up as I do have some days I am not working. (Coming to my house if shop is closed is rude) My schedule fluctuates that I make for myself and I work with clients via text, phone, email, and messenger….. I have kids and a life outside of grooming as well.

I must have records before I will schedule any new clients.

Ryan went back to work full time because I need to listen to my body and my health. Which means slowing down some…..
without going into full on explanation. Just know I have no intentions of stopping grooming, BUT I do have major health issues I don’t always discuss with every client, and if I am not well. I am not well. I will not work myself when my body says…. Slow down and rest. It is to prevent hospitalizations……

Rudeness over that will not be accepted.

I am incredibly lenient on last minute cancellation charges unless you are a frequent flyer….. (you do it constantly) or a new client because I know more than most that things happen and come up.

I always work around to get people back in as soon as I can if schedules will allow.

Good morning everyone!
Before school begins this year. I want to be sure everyone is fully aware that I will be taking kids to and from school this year as Ryan is no longer working with me. Except Saturdays….

My schedule is changing…..

I’ll start earlier at 8:30 (please don’t come early as I may not have it unlocked)

If your pet is done and you do not pick them up by 2:45… the doors will lock until I get back home with my kids…..

I will be diligently watching who and how I schedule pets…..

If you need special accommodations…. You must pre plan it with me…..
Everyone will need to stick to their specific time slots.

If you arrive early and do not discuss it with me. You will be asked to wait in your vehicle.

Sometimes it’s not your pet that can create a difficult situations but instead the pet before yours may absolutely need the time alone. Some due to aggression and some due to over all excitement of another being there and the inability to stay still and focused.

As I am transitioning. I politely ask for you to have patience and understanding.

Also a friendly reminder my price increase goes into effect August 1st.

Due to rising utility costs, and continued rising grooming equipment and supply costs.

Price increase will be going into effect 8-1-25

Friendly reminder I am 1-1 express service. I take less pets a day for a less stressful environment and grooming experience.

Majority is a $5 increase to grooms…. However larger grooms require much more shampoo/conditioner and time all together and they see the largest increase due to this.

I appreciate your understanding.

Friendly reminder that photos only occur when I have the extra time. I know they are nice, but my top priority is keeping to my schedule and it is BUSY ❤️❤️❤️
