I need your views on this: Buy local right?
On Sunday I purchased 2 inflatable recovery collars for 2 pups that need them. When I put the first collar on it deflated. Called the store and it was replaced with no questions.
Hours later that day both collars are deflated. They went out to the potty and came back in. They didn’t roll around in them. They didn’t bite each other. These look brand new to me.
The total for both collars is $66.94.
I inspected the collars to understand what was happening. I can hear air coming back out of the air valves when squeezing them on both of them Question:
Do you think that there should be an exchange for a few of the plastic ones?
