❤️🤍❤️🤍We are currently looking to add co chairs to any district, and fill open board positions.❤️🤍❤️🤍

Do you have spare time or want to do more!? How about goals for the equestrian youth and you want to see it set sails for bigger better things?! Well join us!

🌟How do you apply?! Email all of these questions to [email protected]

📍Send us a brief paragraph of who you are and what you stand for!

📍What postition you are wanting to run for.

📍Is there anything you are looking to gain from serving in the WIHA board and what unique strengths do you believe you could offer?

📍As well know being on a board isn’t just about a single persons opinion. It’s about communication and throughly thinking through a process, there are times that WIHA board will ask more of you and there are times the board will not do you understand these conditions? And that at times you might have to go above to keep the org rolling?

📍If you could point the current board in one area for future growth, where would it be and why?

📍This board preps all year around- meeting attendance is key to a happy group. How do you plan to balance these with your current commitments?

📍Then to Segway off that question, How many hours in a month do you feel you can dedicate to wiha?

📍Do you handle disagreements within a committee setting or with leadership, while keeping communication going and the best WIHA face on the forefront?

📍Are you will to help in areas you are not familiar in? For example growing our org, fundraising, grant writing etc.

Please know this is a huge committment and if you are wanting to take this on we would love to have you. We ask that you not miss meetings, and pick up as many tasks as you can if they are open tasks 🙂
