Our pets are naturally much more comfortable at home, in their everyday surroundings. For many pets, car rides to the vet, new sights/ smells/ sounds makes them anxious! For pets that struggle with a debilitating disease, even taking them to the vet may be a painful task. Observing your pets in their home environment offers the most accurate look into how they are doing on a daily basis. Through h

Saying goodbye to your pet is the most difficult decision to make and endure as a pet owner. Home hospice and euthanasia allows your pet to spend their last moments at home, where they are most comfortable and loved: At home with you. We travel approximately up to 1 hour from our home office in Oshkosh. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and your pets condition, even same day requests when possible. We also strives to be available after hours and on weekends, as well. For home euthanasia, we also offer cremation options.

Sharing these sweet pictures from Remmy’s golden birthday party 🥳 (and a few other pictures). I love how her family never took any time with her for granted & chose to celebrate every moment they had with her 🐾
Remmy was such a joyful girl and she brought in so many smiles to family and everyone she met. She loved to have her nails painted I was always a good sport for getting dressed up or for any ad every occasion-as long as her family was beside her side 💜

In loving memory of Bella 💜 Bella was such a loved girl, she had so much fun hunting with her family. When it came time to relieve her pain from a nasty cancer on her leg, her family dressed up in what they knew she loved most to give her the best sendoff that they could… Their hunting clothes & equipment! It was truly special to see Bella completely perk up and become alert instantly at the sight and sounds of her family drawing near to her and their hunting clothes, and bringing her some of her equipment that she used for hunting.

Several days ago while arriving at a home euthanasia appointment, I was ushered into the backyard where sweet 14 year old Garrett was waiting for me. He was cozy in his favorite bed, surrounded by his amazing family, and this unbelievable celebration of life. His family rescued him five years ago, and they have just loved him so much every day that they’ve had him. Amidst tear filled eyes, they were overwhelmingly grateful that they had been blessed with five years with this special little guy. I was so touched and inspired by their hearts and what they had made to celebrate his life 🌈 🐾

This past week we had some amazing examples of why it is so important & beneficial to allow bonded pets to be present when saying goodbye to their pet friend.

The two kitties pictured are daddy, daughter pair: Frankie on the left and his daughter on the right. In the other set of pictures is Hazel, a beautiful golden and her kitty friend Lovey. And both of these situations, the companion pets simply wanted to be next to their buddy. Also, in both of these situations, the healthy companion pets were acting differently as their companions declined. Seeing these pairs just touched everybody’s heart, seeing how much they were also grieving and filling the loss of their companions. Our pets are so very smart and grieve as we do, and if you’re able to allow your other pets to say goodbye, it really is helpful for them 🐾 🌈
