As of January 1st, 2025, I will have to have a non-refundable deposits on all orders.

It will be half the final price.

This will include any memory bears or other items.

If you order something made then you should be able to pay.

I have to buy the material to make it out of my pocket. It doesn't mean that someone else wants the item or items that you want /ordered.
