To say this sugaring season has been odd would be an understatement, the weather this season has been all over the place and it seems we never know how much sap to expect. One thing we do know is, we are making beautiful Golden Delicate syrup in late March. We are just shy of 200 gallons and will be boiling again tonight. Thank you all for following and your support!

We want to send a sincere thank you to everyone who stopped by our sugarhouse this weekend! We had a great turn out both days! We have hit a milestone of over 1000 followers on Facebook which is mind-blowing to us as just a small family sugaring operation. Our new Maple mustard was a huge hit, selling out both days! We will have this and all of our products available anytime. Thanks again!
