If it seems like your dog spends half the day napping, that’s completely normal! Most adult dogs sleep 12–14 hours per day, while puppies, senior dogs, and very active dogs may sleep 18–20 hours daily.

Why do dogs need so much sleep?
🐾 Rest and recovery for their bodies

🐾 Energy conservation
🐾 Processing everything they learned during the day

You may notice your dog:
😴 Taking several short naps throughout the day
😴 Sleeping deeply after a long walk or play session
