This pup spent her first year with very little exposure to the outside world, before her current owners had her.

The leash became something overwhelming, not a tool.
In the beginning of this video, simply seeing the leash causes panic — freezing, dropping, avoidance.
Her current owners recognized this and sought help in her best interest.

By the end, she’s still aware of the leash, but she’s calmer, more accepting, and able to exist around it without shutting down.

Progress doesn’t mean perfect. It means trust and meeting the dog where they are.
This is the work. 🐾
