Hi, I’m Scooby! I’m 7 years old, 70 pounds of pure love, and I’m looking for my forever family. I’m a total goofball and a big Velcro boy—I follow my humans from room to room, smother them in kisses, and then crash for a cozy nap.

I get along great with dogs, cats, and even kids (as long as they’re patient with my clumsy ways). I’m crate trained, I know a few commands like “come,” “outside,” “no,” and my favorite, “pants.” I also love dressing up in tiny hats and costumes—my humans think I’m hilarious!

Pillows and blankets? Obsessed. Stuffies and Benebones? My absolute favorites. I love snuggles, sunbathing, short zoomies, and spending time outside—so a fenced yard would be awesome.

I’ve had a rough start in life—I was surrendered because I couldn’t walk one day—but thanks to amazing vets and my foster family, I get around just fine now. I wear my Fancy Pants (a belly band) and take my eye drops like a champ, but don’t worry—my 8,837 kisses a day more than make up for it!

Special needs foster needed! Orlando area foster only 🖤

Our special lil guy Jinx “Pac Man” Jackson will need to transition into a more permanent foster to complete his vet care, we’d love to get him into a home setting. He’s been in training and learning the ropes. He is super sweet, but can be typical bulldog (quirky & very stubborn). He’ll (and his foster) have the full support of our rescue team and trainer. Just imagine STITCH Project 626 in dog form 😅🩵

He needs a special foster home, if you fall into the below criteria, please reach out to us or complete the foster app below:

🏠 Foster is located in Orlando or close proximity (to our vet)

❌ No pet home - Jinx is not animal aggressive, he will need a calm environment to heal from upcoming surgeries. He can also gets overstimulated with other animal energy, and we want the foster to be able to work with him 1:1.

❌ No kids in the home or who visit or frequent the home.

🩵 A patient personality - Jinx is still learning how to dog. Many of his behaviors are likely due to lack of typical puppy socialization. He was likely abused/bred for “looks” and neglected otherwise. He is unsure of men, will bark initially. He needs to build a relationship with his person or handler first. We will help you through this.

💻 Foster is home more often or works from home. Jinx loves human attention.

Jinx is about 2 yrs old, 25lbs. Up to date on shots, and will be neutered once we can find his permanent foster. He cannot be outside for extended periods (his short snout), but short walks are ok.

Sully Update 🧡💛 (formerly Skully). Our sweet guy is doing amazing in his foster home. We can’t say THANK YOU enough to Beverly and Steve for being such a blessing to Sully and our rescue 🙏🏽 Sully has been adjusting great and they’ve been working on some stranger danger he has. You’ll see their efforts have paid off as Sully is taking a snooze with a family friend after proper introductions 🥱🥹 We love seeing our dogs being given the opportunity to thrive and “just” be a dog.

🐾 Happy National Dog Day 🐾 We are updating about our sweet Boomer 🧡 We are happy to announce he is FINALLY in a foster home 🥹 We can’t thank Debra enough for being an amazing foster mama and special thanks to Ashley & Josh for the fun ride 🚙 EXTRA thanks to Diversity K9 Dog Training for all the love and guidance you’ve given this sweet guy.

Boomer has been acclimating great and learning the ropes in his new environment. But, Boomer would love nothing more than a forever home. He’s never had one 😔 He came into the shelter in 2022 and since been looking for someone to give him a chance. He is 4 years old, neutered, up to date on shots, potty and crate trained, loves all people. He would do best in the home with no other pets and older kids or teens would be best.

Happy Fri-Yay Friends! 🎉🥳
Here's a Happy Tail for ya! 🐶🐾

Back in March, a tiny pup with the body of a potato🥔 found herself in need of a new beginning. Her owner brought her to a local spot & simply said he didn’t want her anymore.💔😢

Luckily, that “spot” just happened to be Propogate Social House - one of our favaaaavorite places 🍻and owned by two of the kindest humans we know. Without hesitation, Jay and Ella offered to foster her for Bully Up. She quickly settled in with Bully Up alum Piggy, Mushu, and Lola. She absolutely loved them! Thank you, Ella and Jay, for being her heroes 🦸🏻‍♀️❤️🦸🏼‍♂️ and the best foster parents this girl could ever have asked for!

The moment we saw her squishy little face, we knew exactly who needed her. Portia and Tony, longtime members of the Bully Up family, had recently endured the heartbreaking losses of Stuart & Tyson. They had a huge hole in their hearts that only this pint-sized little girl could fill. ❤️‍🩹

They welcomed her with open arms and gave her a new name - NUGGET! Whether it’s because she’s more precious than gold 👑, or because she resembles a tiny chicken nuggie 🍗, the name fits her perfectly!

Nugget spends her days romping with Ruby, Chloe, Tink Tink, and even loves the kitty. She makes everyone laugh with her silly snorts, little grunts, full-body wiggles, and her oversized personality packed onto the shortest of legs 😂

From unwanted to absolutely adored 🥰, we couldn't be happier for Nugget and her family!

We are still looking for a foster to adopt family for lil Bubba 💚 Born 4/15/25, lab/bully mix. Friendly to all.

What does foster to adopt mean? We complete his vetting (spay/neuter/microchip) while he starts to bond with your family 🩷 we provide supplies and food during this time. We are looking for homes with other dogs (to continue socialization), patient adopters that realize these are puppies who will need potty and crate training and all the fun stuff puppyhood brings. We can estimate they will be bigger when full grown, maybe 60-70+lbs.

He is fostered in Winter Springs area.

Mia is still in need of her forever home!!

This girl is pretty much perfect but she does need a woman in the house, I mean who doesn't!? This girl loovveesss women! She is very affectionate to her foster’s husband too, but if she was not here, Mia would be nervous with just him.

Mia is a small girl, 35 pounds, she just turned 1! Fully vetted, microchipped. LOVES other dogs! Bigger dogs may be best, as she likes to play rough and rowdy! She has learned that cuddling and napping is fun too! ❤

Mia's perfect home would be an adult home with at least one woman and another dog would be great but not necessary!

Mia is very well behaved and aims to please. She does take a minute to warm up to new people and kids, but once she does, she'll be your BFF! No kitties please.

Happy "Finney Friday", friends!

Finney (fka "Fenugreek”) spent soooo many days at Orange County Animal Services, waiting for someone to notice him. No one seemed willing to give him a chance, and his time was running out 😢💔.

Lucky 🍀 for him, Finney had a Rescue Angel on his side. Taryn, his biggest fan, worked tirelessly to get him seen, and her dedication paid off! An incredible OCAS volunteer, Kim, stepped up to foster him, and quickly fell in love. 🥰

In March 2024, Finney officially became part of Bully Up, and just recently has become part of Kim’s forever family. ❤️ He has a brother, Grayson, and a sister, Marsh, to share his days with. 🐶🐶

Finney is a silly, joyful boy - he hops in the shower with his mama, sprawls out in puddles, and has daily zoomie sessions that keep everyone laughing. He loves car rides and to give you his paw 🐾🥹

He's living his best life and we couldn't be more thrilled!
