For those who want an update on Parker, the pup that came back several months ago after having a total temperment change in his adoptive home (we arent sure what happened!), he is doing great. His trainer has done a wonderful job and now he has a potential forever home that he'll be going to next week. Here he is at the meet-and-greet. He has improved so much!

"I’m Looking for a very special home for my 5 year old Chihuahua, Taz. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but I know he deserves a home that can better meet his needs and give him the calm, consistent environment where he can truly thrive.

Taz is a very sensitive, anxious dog who can become reactive when overwhelmed, so he would do best in a quiet, adult-only home with someone patient and experienced with anxious or reactive dogs. He is not a social butterfly, but once he feels safe, he forms a very deep and loyal bond with his person.

I’m trying very hard to avoid a shelter environment because I know that would be extremely stressful for him. My only goal is to find the right home where he will feel secure, understood, and loved.

Because I care about him so much, I would love to stay in touch after placement through occasional updates and check-ins so I can know he’s adjusting well and doing okay.

I know the right person for Taz is out there, and I’m hoping to find someone who can offer him the patience, compassion, and understanding he deserves.
