Morning Facebook Fans....Important info below!

⛑👷‍♀️CVH will be changing/upgrading our veterinary software program next week. ⛑👷‍♂️

❤️ We appreciate your patience with our team members as we are learning all the new features this program offers.❤️

❓How will this effect you as a client?❓
We will be limiting our appointments next week, so please book early if you need to have your pet seen. Also, if you have any prescription medication/foods that you have called in and are waiting to pick up, please do so by tomorrow Saturday at noon. If you do not pick them up by tomorrow, they will need to be returned to stock and you will need to request them again, which could cause a delay. Also, our texting platform will be down from Monday night 6pm until Tuesday afternoon. If you need to speak to the staff, you will need to call into our office at 407-851-4752. ☎️📞

Again, we appreciate your patronage and patience with us thru this transition. 🥰

🇺🇸CVH is now closed in observance of the Memorial Day weekend. Our office will reopen Tuesday May 27th at 7:30am for our regularly scheduled appointments. 🇺🇸

🚑If you have a pet emergency please call the Veterinary Emergency Clinic at 407-644-4449. They have several locations open around Orange County this weekend. 🚑

We currently have 8oz, 16oz and 32oz sizes available. Orange Blossom is a limited variety, so don't wait to long. Stop by to get some of your favorite local honey from the apiary of Dr. Bob Porter.

We do also have Florida Boy Wildflower and Palmetto in stock as well. We have a very small supply of Tupelo honey, which is not from the Florida Boy Honey apiary.

🥳Happy Veterinary Receptionist's Week🥳

This week we are taking time to thank our Front Desk Team during Veterinary Receptionist's Week. 🤩

Today we are highlighting Receptionist Jessie who has been with CVH for the last 3 years but has been in the veterinary field for 4 years. At home Jessie has quite the menagerie to include snakes, tarantulas, lizards, cats and dogs. 🕷🐈🪱🐕

On her off day you'll find Jessie at the local theme parks or catching the Orlando Pride soccer games. ⚽️🎡🎠

Being a receptionist can be very rewarding and challenging. You are the first impression of a business and you see people at their best and worst time of pet ownership. You will find yourself manning phones, computer work, cleaning tasks and loving on new puppies/kittens and saying goodbye to some of our favorite senior patients all while comforting their owners. Again very rewarding and challenging.

This week we are taking time to thank our Front Desk Team during Veterinary Receptionist's Week. 🤩

Today we are highlighting Receptionist Valerie who has been with CVH for the last 2 years but has been in the veterinary field for 4 years. Valerie wears many hats here at CVH, she is a Veterinary Assistant who enjoys filling in when there is a need at the front desk. Valerie is all about creativity including crafting, cooking and DIY projects. She loves to dive deep into true crime podcasts. Valerie says her family, 3 dogs and her son's carpenter ant colony keeps life interesting! ✂️🖌🖍🐜🔎

Today we are highlighting Ericka who has been with CVH for the last 7 years but has been in the veterinary field for over 30 years. Ericka and her husband are pet parents to 2 dogs and 6 cats. She enjoys spending time gardening both flowers and veggies.🍅🍆🥦🌼🌺 During her favorite season summer you will find Ericka outdoors swimming in her pool.🏊‍♂️🏄‍♂️
