🚨 PSA for Late Arrivals & No-Shows! 🚨
Unfortunately, I’ve been way too nice—and yet again, I’ve had another no-show. As a reminder, I do not accept late arrivals beyond 10 minutes without proper communication. Please respect me and my time by arriving at your scheduled appointment time. If you have an actual emergency, I am more than willing to accommodate, but sleeping in or “forgetting” is simply not a valid excuse. I send out multiple automatic text reminders ahead of time, including one on the day of your appointment, so there is no reason to “forget” or miss it.
Going forward, my no-show fees will be non-negotiable and strictly enforced. I will also be reaching out to request a credit card on file for any existing clients who do not already have one, as per my updated policy from last year.
To be completely honest, I’m exhausted from being taken advantage of. I have a life outside of my business, just like all of you do, and it is unfair to me when someone doesn’t show up for their appointment.
This isn’t my usual upbeat and happy post, and I feel icky even writing this—but I’m incredibly frustrated and need to clearly establish my boundaries. I’m at a point financially where I can no longer offer free passes without seriously considering a complete restructure of my business.
I appreciate your understanding. Please—show up on time for your appointments, or at the very least, communicate. Thank you all.
