✨ Farewell & Thank You ✨

From the very first day I opened my doors on February 2, 2022, to completing my final groom this past Sunday, September 21, 2025, this journey has been an incredible adventure. Over these 3.5 years, I’ve been surrounded by wagging tails, wet noses, and so much love that I’ll carry with me forever. 🐾

Starting this business from scratch was not easy, but the support I received made it all possible. To my incredible clients — thank you for trusting me with your pets, for your loyalty, and for the friendships we’ve built along the way. You are truly the heart of this business.

To my dear friend Rose — thank you for your guidance, for teaching me about animal safety and handling, for sending referrals my way, and for always being my cheerleader.

To Estefany with R&B Grooming Services— thank you for teaching me how to properly use my clippers, guiding me on what equipment to invest in, and helping me grow into a safer, more skilled groomer.

To Lance with Sharpies Sharpening, my sharpener — thank you for keeping my tools sharp and my equipment in top shape so I could always do my best work.

To Kristina — thank you for teaching me how to groom my corgi, Luna, and giving me the confidence to try. Not long after, while walking Luna, another groomer, Tracey, stopped me to compliment my work and told me I had a real talent for grooming — the spark that pushed me to pursue this dream full-time.

To Kristie at As The Tails Wag — thank you for so graciously taking on my clients and making this transition smooth and safe for everyone. Knowing they are in such good hands brings me so much peace.

And finally, to my husband, Yegor — your endless love, support, and encouragement made all of this possible. From believing in me before I even believed in myself, to your sacrifices and guidance every step of the way, I couldn’t have done any of this without you. You are my rock, and I will forever be grateful. ❤️

And to all of you — thank you for letting me be a part of your pets’ lives. I’ll forever cherish the memories we’ve created together.

Though this chapter has closed, a new one has already begun. I’m so happy to share that I’ve started my new role as an Executive Assistant to a CEO at a financial advising company, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

🌟 Happy Tuesday! 🌟

I just want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to my amazing clients. Thanks to you, I was able to close out August and celebrate my third-to-last day of business surrounded by so much love and support.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been juggling my new job while grooming nearly every single day—and by the end of this week, I will have worked 23 days straight. It hasn’t been easy, but making those sacrifices has been so worth it to give as many of you as possible the chance to say goodbye. Every smile, kind word, and thoughtful gift (for me and even for my own pets 💕🐾) has truly meant the world.

📢 Important Announcement 📢

To all my amazing clients & pet parents:

I have some exciting news to share! I’ve accepted a full-time position outside of grooming and will begin my new role on Monday, August 18, 2025. This is the perfect next step for my career and future, and I’m so thrilled to start this new chapter!

As a result, Kiki’s Grooming Services will be permanently closing by the end of September 2025. I just received this news myself and wanted to share it with you immediately, as things are moving quickly. I know this will affect appointments next week and in the weeks to come, so I’ll be reaching out personally to anyone impacted. I wanted to post this first to give everyone a heads-up and share the next steps regarding your pet’s final appointments.

Final Appointments 🐾
All existing appointments in August will be honored, but will be moved to Saturday slots, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM.

If your pet has a recurring appointment in September or beyond, please note it will be canceled, as each client will be offered one final appointment to ensure I can accommodate everyone.

I will be contacting each client personally to coordinate these last appointments and make sure your pet receives the care they need during this transition.

Final Goodbyes 💕
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of you for almost 4 incredible years. Caring for your pets has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and I am so deeply grateful for the trust, loyalty, and kindness you’ve shown me.

From my very first $22 grooming special on 2/2/2022, to every pet I’ve had the honor of grooming and the relationships I’ve built with their owners, this experience has been far more rewarding than I could have ever imagined. Every wagging tail, purr, and happy face have made it all worthwhile, and leaving this business and all of you is not easy—but I carry with me countless fond memories and gratitude.

While it hasn’t been officially announced yet, I’m thrilled to share that Kiki’s Grooming Services has been awarded Best of Florida 2025! This honor is all thanks to you, my amazing clients, for your votes and support.

Please note: After my last day, all communications through my business phone line, email, and social media will be disconnected.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me care for your pets and for welcoming me into your lives. These past almost 4 years have been unforgettable, and I will cherish every moment forever.

🚨 Rabies Alert in Seminole County 🚨

We’ve been notified that Seminole County is currently monitoring an active rabies case in our area. This is an important reminder to please make sure your pets are up to date on their rabies vaccinations—it’s their best protection and keeps everyone safe! 🐶🐱

✅ If your pet’s rabies vaccine is due or you’re unsure of their status, please contact your veterinarian as soon as possible to schedule an update.

📄 Reminder: Keeping your pet’s rabies certificate current is also a requirement to remain a client at our salon.

⚠️ Safety Tips:
• Avoid contact with wildlife.
• Supervise pets when outdoors.
• Report any unusual animal behavior to local authorities.

📢 We’re Back to Normal Hours + Policy Updates! 🐾
I’m excited to share that we have returned to our normal business hours, and a few important updates will take effect starting August:

🕒 Normal Business Hours (Effective Now):
• Wednesday – Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
🚫 Closed Sunday-Tuesdays (effective immediately) — all Sunday appointments have been removed.

💸 Pricing Updates:
• New clients will see a small price increase starting in August.
• Existing clients will continue at their current rate through the end of 2025.
• These new rates will apply to existing clients starting January 2026.
• Clients not on a recurring 2, 4, 6, or 8-week schedule will see a small increase starting in August. Pre-booking helps lock in preferred pricing!

⏰ Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed may result in a fee. Please be sure to confirm your appointment when you receive your reminder by replying Y.

📣 Crisis Averted! Water is Back On! 🚿🐾
Amazing news—our septic tank repairs are complete, and water has been fully restored!! 💧✨

I’ll be reaching out individually to get everyone rescheduled for this weekend and back on track. I truly appreciate your patience and flexibility while things were a bit unpredictable.

I know there have been a lot of last-minute switches, and I want to sincerely thank you for sticking with me. Your support means the world—especially during times like these. 💛

Due to an unexpected septic tank issue, we currently do not have access to water and will be closed this weekend. All grooming appointments scheduled for this weekend have been canceled.
