How long is a visit? It’s built to be quick by design and thorough during the service.
The Basic Hygiene covers a bath, ear cleaning, nail trimming, teeth brushing, plus a 6-point S.C.E.N.T. wellness check, then you’re out the door. 🚪 🐕 🫧
The base ends with a towel-dry to keep time (and cost) down; if your dog actually needs a blow-dry/brush-out, you can easily add it, and yes, that adds a few minutes.
What sets the clock: ⏱️
Your dog’s size + coat, coat condition, any add-ons (blow-out, de-shed, haircut), and your pup’s comfort level that day.
The routine stays the same, so visits stay calmer.
After each visit, you’ll get a S.C.E.N.T. check so you can track little changes between appointments.
