☎️ Phone Bid-Off Sale – Saturday, September 13th‼️

👀 Viewing: Steers are available for viewing anytime between now and sale day. (Note: The phone bid-off is for steers only. Heifers are being sold private treaty.)

Placing Bids: If you are interested in a steer(s), call Shane to place your initial bid. Bids may be placed anytime before the sale, but all initial bids must be submitted to Shane by 12:00pm/noon on Saturday, September 13th.

Bid-Off Process: On sale day, Shane will call the interested buyers for each lot to let them know if they are “in” or “out” and give them the opportunity to raise their bid. Bidding continues by phone until all buyers have placed their highest bid.

Final Sale: Once no higher bids are made, the steer will be sold to the highest bidder. The winning bidder will be contacted immediately to confirm details, and pick-up/payment arrangements will be coordinated directly.

Important Notes:
You do not need to be present to bid — all bidding takes place over the phone.

A sale sheet with steer details (weights, breed, temperament scores, and starting bid prices) has been posted for your reference.
