Hello everyone. I wanted to take a minute to answer some questions we get on a regular basis.
Q: What are your hours of operation?

Use the black "Book Now” button in the middle of the page. We are closed every Sunday & Monday. The remainder of the week I alternate days that I have morning/afternoon hours and days that I am available in the evenings. If you can't find a time that works, please feel free to contact us!
Q: What should I do with my deer once it is harvested?
A: It should be bagged and frozen right after harvest. Do not leave your skull laying around. Any infestation of alternate insects can harm our dermestid beetle colonies. If any sourness/decomposition/infestation and/or dryness is found when we prep your skull for cleaning an additional fee will be charged (see price list below). Any species harvested over 1 year ago will also incur the additional fee as a skull that is left in the freezer for an extended period dries out.
Q: If I skin the deer head and prep the deer head, will I get a discount.
A: No. Please refrain from skinning the animal head before arrival unless you're traveling from outside New York State. Ensure removal of ears and complete neck up to the last vertebrae. A $10 disposal fee may be charged when these steps are not followed. Do not try and clean the head yourself. We have a process of doing this and when a customer tries to "save us the work" it generally makes more work for us.

Q: What do I need to bring with me when I come to drop of the deer?
A: Please do not bring your carcass tag, that must stay with your meat per NYS guidelines. Create an additional tag to attach to the head of the deer with your name, address, license number, signature, the number of points on each antler if it is a male deer and date of harvest. We also require a 50% deposit. We accept cash, check, credit card (incurs a 3.5% fee) and Venmo.
Q: How long will my Euro Mount take to be completed?
A: As of 10/15/2024 the current turnaround time is 4-6 months. An estimated completion date will always be put on your invoice. Please check this invoice to see when your mount will be complete!
Q: Where are you located?
A: 5942 Barker Road, Oriskany Falls, NY 13425. Please enter the garage and come into the secondary room at the back of the garage.
