🌸 Meet the Galah Cockatoo 🌸

🌸 Often called the “rose-breasted cockatoo,” galahs are striking pink-and-gray parrots native to Australia 🇦🇺, loved for their playful and social nature.

🐣 This little one is a handfed baby, making it extra sweet and people-friendly.
💕 They form strong, lifelong pair bonds with their mates.
🧠 Highly intelligent and playful, always needing mental stimulation.
📢 Great talkers, often mimicking words and everyday sounds.
⚡ Full of energy — love flying, climbing, and chewing.
🥜 Diet in the wild includes seeds, grasses, fruit, and nuts.
🪶 With proper care, they can live 40–50 years (sometimes longer in captivity).

Between their vibrant colors and curious personalities, galahs are one of the most charming cockatoos out there. 🎨✨

⚠️ Galahs need lots of time, enrichment, and attention — they’re not typically recommended for first-time bird owners.

Wasatch Reptile Expo 2025 🦎🐍✨

What an incredible weekend! It’s been nearly 5 years since we last vended at our local reptile show, and we couldn’t be happier to be back. Reptiles aren’t just “pets” — they’re fascinating companions that spark curiosity, connect us with nature, and teach us something new every day.

We loved sharing that passion, answering questions, and helping folks feel confident in starting their journey with these amazing creatures.
