Our Practice Manager, Cyndie, spent the day at Madison College representing Country View at the college’s CVT Job Fair! 🐾🎓
It was a great opportunity to meet the next generation of veterinary professionals, talk about careers in vet med, and hear what future CVTs want as they prepare to enter the field.
Students were invited to tell Cyndie what they’re dying to find in their ideal veterinary practice by adding a happy haunting ghost to our haunted hospital. By the end of the day, the grim grinning ghosts had come out to socialize, and they had plenty to say!
Some of the most common things students are looking for:
👻 Work-life balance
👻 Opportunities to grow
👻 Communication
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared what matters to you, grabbed some candy, and talked vet med. It was great meeting so many future CVTs and getting a glimpse at what the next generation hopes to find in the practices they’ll someday call home.
Until next time, happy haunts! 👻🐾
