Grass-fed beef for sale-quarter or half (as in a quarter of a cow or half a cow). A quarter is about 80-100 lbs of beef so it'll last a good long time. Benefits of grass fed:
1. Less total fat
2. More heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids
3. More conjugated linoleic acid (a type of fat that is thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risks)
4. More antioxidant vitamins such as Vit E
5. Lean beef that is 10% fat or less is part of a healthy diet
6. Grass fed beef taste better-more flavorful
