We had friends over last night so I didn't get entertaining withdrawal after our last farm dinner for several weeks. 🤣 👨🏼🍳 We enjoyed amazing Queso Fundito with Chorizo, Lamb Barbacoa, Radicchio Salad, roasted Sweet Potatoes with Salsa Macha, and Chocolate Basque Cheesecake! And we had a beautiful sunset with fog rising above the pasture!

Its pepper smoking time with cherry wood for a medium intensity smoke flavor! Ripe jalapeños will become morita chipotle peppers (top two racks). Ripe Fresno Peppers will become a milder smokey pepper to season dishes and as an ingredient in sausage blends and meat rubs.

During the Summer of 2014, after several years of successful backyard chicken raising and urban gardening we got “the itch” to expand to a farm of our own. We decided to scratch the itch and moved to our farm in March 2016. We started with a hay field that we have converted to an animal and fruit and vegetable farm.
Our 6.5 acre Farm is located in Oregon City. Our farm features fresh Free-Range Eggs, Pastured Lamb, Pastured Pork, Farm-To-Table Events, and Cooking Classes. Our Alpacas, Chickens, Katahdin Hair Sheep, Great Pyrenees Livestock Guard Dogs, and adorable Barn Cats are the highlight of our operation.
We practice rotational grazing of the livestock to provide a healthy and clean environment so they can eat natural forage as nature intended. Our chickens free range on pasture eating bugs, worms, grubs, and grass. The main ration for our Chickens and Pigs is locally milled Non-GMO feed from Mosaic Farms in Corvallis, OR. The sheep and alpacas forage on fresh pasture grass.
We have FRESH FREE RANGE EGGS for sale on a regular basis. We sell whole shares of Pastured Lamb and half and whole shares of Pastured Pork.
Starting in Summer 2020 we will be hosting Farm to Table Dinners, Small Private Gatherings, and Cooking Classes. Some of our Dinners and Classes will feature local Chefs.
