We have some exciting news for our weekend boarding pups 🐶 🩷
My puppy heart hates the pups at the kennel with limited interaction on Saturday and Sundays. So now we have someone at the kennel most of the day on the weekends!!!
Now your fur babies will have more pets,lovings, treats, walks and being spoiled!!! I’m so excited for all the pups coming to hang out with us at Happy Tails!!

🦴🐶A Little Reminder About Matted Coats 🐾💕

🐶We know everyone loves a fluffy puppy and those teddy bear haircuts—we do too! 💕

🐶Sometimes, though, a dog arrives with matting that is simply too tight or extensive to safely brush out. Some may think just a few matt’s isn’t a big deal but when grooming it is. We can’t just cut them out. In those cases, the kindest and safest option is a fresh start with a shorter haircut. 🐾🐶

❣️Please know that this is never the look we hope for, but your pet’s comfort and well-being will always come first. Brushing out severe mats can be painful, stressful, and may even cause injury to your dog’s skin. Not to mention the stress it puts on your pup. 🐶

🐶Groomers work hard to give every pet the best grooms possible with the condition of the coat they arrive in.🐾

❤️The good news? A short haircut is only temporary! With regular brushing at home and routine grooming appointments every 4–8 weeks, your pup will be back to that soft, fluffy puppy with that teddy bear look before you know it.🐶💕
