Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup (75 g) fresh blueberries (washed and lightly mashed)
* 1 oz (28 g) cream cheese (plain, softened, reduced-fat)
* 1/2 cup (45 g) rolled oats (plain)
* 1/4 cup (30 g) oat flour (blended from rolled oats)
* 1 tbsp (16 g) peanut butter (xylitol-free, unsalted)
* 1 tbsp (15 ml) water (only if needed for texture)
Supplements:
* 1 tsp (5 ml) salmon oil (optional, for omega-3 support and coat health)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and peanut butter until smooth.
2. Stir in the oat flour and rolled oats until a thick mixture forms.
3. Fold in the mashed blueberries gently to create a speckled cheesecake-style texture.
4. If the mixture feels too soft, chill it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before shaping.
5. Scoop and roll into small bite-sized balls about 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.
6. Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
7. Serve frozen or slightly chilled for a cool, creamy texture.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Refrigerate for up to 3 days if serving soft. Let thaw for 5 minutes before serving if fully frozen.
