Our surgical suite is fully equipped with modern anesthesia and monitoring equipment. Diagnostics include x-ray, in house lab and the use of one of the country’s largest labs for routine testing. We believe strongly that good nutrition and preventive medicine are the keys to optima

l health. We put a strong emphasis on client education, and know from experience that an educated client takes better care of their pets. Prevention is the best medicine. We have some of the best diets available for your pets and would be happy to discuss your pets nutritional needs . We also help pet owners with preventing or correcting many behavioral problems. Our staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help. We look forward to serving you.

RAFFLE ALERT!!!
We are raffling off TWO gift baskets that are full of incredible, yummy goodies for your feline and canine friends! The line-up includes treats from Vital Essentials, Earth Animal, OC Raw, Smallbatch pets, and more! Each basket is valued at over $75! But arguably most importantly, each gift basket will include a limited edition 2025 calendar starring our CEO (Cat Excellence Officer), Errol!
Raffle tickets are $10 each and support a great cause! All of the proceeds will be donated to the Roland Senior Dog Sanctuary. This incredible rescue cares for the most vulnerable of our furry friends and we would love to support them during this season.

Dear Kingsley Animal Hospital Family,

Since 1999 you have trusted me, my wife and partner Karen, and our staff, with providing exceptional care for your four-legged family members. We have grown as a practice right alongside your families and along the journey you welcomed us into your hearts. I want to express my deepest gratitude to each one of you for entrusting us with the care of your beloved pets. It’s been an honor and privilege that we were able to share the joys and challenges that come with pet ownership. It’s with this in mind that I write to tell you that after practicing for over 25 years, I’ve decided to pursue retirement and have made the decision to sell the practice to Dr. Thomas Fish who has been with Kingsley Animal Hospital since 2012.

Dr. Fish is a third-generation veterinarian, and his family has practiced in the Jacksonville area since 1920. He is committed to following the path that Karen and I blazed, keeping Kingsley Animal Hospital focused on providing the highest standard of care and integrative medicine for our patients, which includes both western and holistic practices. Karen will still be available on staff as a part time consultant regarding pet nutrition and holistic medicine. She is thrilled to be able to continue doing the work she is passionate about. The dedicated team that I’ve built through the years will remain and ensure a seamless transition.

So, while I am confident that I’m leaving the practice in capable hands, it is bittersweet to say goodbye to a career that has brought me so much joy and fulfillment. Your loyalty and support have meant the world to me.

Thank you again for the opportunity to serve you and your pets. I will cherish the memories that we’ve all shared together.
