I used 3lbs of beef stew and slow cooked it in the oven, wrapped in parchment paper and then aluminum foil @350°F for a good 2 hrs. Meat came out so tender and juicy. Shredded it and mashed 16oz of cream cheese and a good amout of mozzarella, fried in the lard from our pigs, and wrapped it up in raw tortillas to make homemade beef flautas! Husband is most pleased!
