First time puppy cut! Ms. Ruth came in for her first hair cut and boy did she do amazing! This puppy thrives to please and that is a wonderful trait to have!! A few breaks here and there and a game of fetch and she trusted me from start to finish. ๐Ÿ˜ Love to see this.

Ive only met 2 Shih-Tzu's my entire career that were properly adjusted to grooming. So when I started on my own I kinda steered clear. But between another Shih-Tzu and this one and her brother my mind has been switched. ๐Ÿคฏ

Stella and her brother Duncan did great for their first appointments with me and boy did they steal my heart and run with it. Cuteness overload! โค๏ธ

Sometimes its not about the dogs breed or manners, its about the environment. They feed off your energy and if your energy is off they will act up. Its amazing the change you see in behavior and temperment. ๐Ÿ˜

Thanks Stacy Tate for allowing us to use Bolt as a model for Ms. Morgan tonight to test her skills.
I will say she is making great improvements. For her first time doing scissor work and long guard work she did amazing. ๐Ÿ˜
Before long we will be taking clients for Ms. Morgan. Soon we will have two groomers operating out of the salon which means it will open up opportunities to meet new people and new clients. โค๏ธ

Mr. Oakley here hates water and doesnt like the fact of being put in a grooming tub. So we tether him to a stud on the ceiling and let him have roaming range on the floor. It keeps him comfortable enough to allow me to scrub him and clean him up. Its not more work. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Its adapting to their needs. โค๏ธ

This little bu**er was such a small timid little thing. Took my time on her and even let her crawl on my like a jungle gym. Despite her size she does not like her nails done and she does think she can maul you. However it just feels like your being poked with a toothpick. ๐Ÿค”
She's not perfect, but for how skiddish she was, its a win for me.

LETS SHOW SOME LOVE!!

Tomorrow Ms. Morgan will be in the salon working on the dogs!! She has taken so much work load from me sense the accident!! She is very much amazing and has been making great strides in this career! If you can as a whole, help me show the appreciation. If it wasnt for her almost 85% of the appointments would of needed canceled. With her help Ive been able to take breaks when needed. Especially with my back injury! She has stepped up and took lead!
