Stonehearth Kennels, LLP is located on sixteen acres in Brice Prairie, north of Onalaska, Wisconsin. Emery, has been breeding AKC/OFA certified golden retrievers and Labradors since 1977. The business is named after his first dog Stoney, a golden retriever, who was his friend and hunting companion until Stoney's death at the ripe, old age of 17. olden retrievers but they also breed black, yellow and chocolate Labradors. All puppies come with guaranties for health and OFA certification for hips and elbows. Stonehearth Kennels offers only 2 or 3 litters each year and their puppies are highly sought after. They are great family pets and also desired by hunters for their intelligence, trainability, and natural drive in the field.
