Meet Willie & Whalan🖤

These bonded 6-year-old boys are looking for a calm, loving home together! Whalan is the social, affectionate guy of the pair while Willie is more laid back and loves relaxing nearby watching the world go by. Together, they’re the perfect mellow duo 💕

Tick season is off to an aggressive start in Wisconsin, and doctors across the country are seeing more ER visits related to tick bites than usual this spring. (See the article at https://bit.ly/3PWVSUr.) It's a good reminder that tick prevention matters for pets, too.

If your dog spends time outdoors, even in your backyard or on neighborhood walks, make sure they’re protected with a reliable preventative and checked carefully after being outside, especially around the ears, toes, armpits, and collar area. A quick tick check now can help prevent much bigger problems later.

Meet Nova 💜🐾

Nova is a 1-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier who’s vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and READY for her forever home! Her personality? Athletic, confident, and EXTROVERTED! She loves meeting new people, soaking up attention, and playing with everyone she can.

After nearly 80 days with us, Nova has become a Doggy Day Out superstar ⭐ Volunteers describe her as sweet, calm, well-mannered, and full of love. She enjoys walks, treats, lounging in the sun, and showing off her “sit” and “shake.”

Nova may do well with children and would love an active home. Any future dog siblings should meet her first, since her playful style is big and enthusiastic!
