This weekend was so much fun with hounds!! Our half hound puppy loved it. She followed them, wrestled with them, and chased birds with them. (Believe me, the birds were safe…we feed them well.)
I welcome all types of dog friendly dogs at Aunt April Pet Care, and if you’re not sure your dog will enjoy it, I’m happy to give it a try with a meet and greet and even a play date before you decide on an overnight.
Your peace of mind leaving them behind when you travel is my top priority.

Sometimes, a visitor dog does the cutest thing and it gets captured in a photo. This little lady is part of a dachshund pair that ran the show for the first weekend they stayed. I cannot wait to have them back. (They even let me grind their nails…so I think we are best friends now.)

Our puppy is learning all kinds of socialization from the visitor dogs. Little do the visitors realize, she will be bigger than a vast majority of them in 6 months, as a Great Pyrenees mix.
