Here are the heroes of VCA AMC, who represent the front desk with grace and poise. We are showing them extra love, not only because they are all personally excellent, but because they tackle the essential administrative functions to keep this place going. Working together, they support our VA/VT team and the doctors so they can focus on achieving the best medicine. Handling daily tasks, and making each day move smoothly as possible. Our CSRs are the foundation of the hospital, they are the first and last point of contact throughout the patient/client relationship experience. Armed with a ton of energy, a smile, a warm welcome, a joyful farewell, and always ready to help wherever they can.

With that being said, we would be absolutely lost without them and we wanted to take this time to show our sincere gratitude for these incredible humans!
