This sweet, snuggly guy is looking for his forever home! We think he’s around 7–8 months old. He’s affectionate, gives kisses, enjoys being held, and is already litter box trained.

⚠️ Important: Chuck would do best as the only kitty in the house—he’s not a fan of other cats.

We wanted to share some photos from our first-annual fundraising gala - which was nothing short of amazing! 📸💜 Thank you to Stephen from One Lee Photography for capturing the night so beautifully!

We’re still glowing from an incredible evening filled with compassion, laughter, and community, all in support of rescue cats. Thanks to our amazing guests, donors, sponsors, and volunteers, we raised over $30,000 to help more cats find loving homes. 🐾

At Felius, our open-concept cat playroom isn’t just a fun place to sip coffee and meet adoptable cats, it’s also a powerful environment for our cats' socialization and confidence building. Unlike traditional shelters, where cats may live in kennels while they await adoption, our playroom allows them to experience everyday sights and sounds in a more home-like atmosphere. Our adoptable café residents interact with other cats, children, and so many different types of people, while always having the option to retreat to a safe space. Over time, that exposure helps transform timid cats into more curious, friendly companions who are better prepared for life off the streets.

Our playroom is designed to help cats build confidence — and McFlurry is the perfect example. When he first arrived, he was shy and unsure about people. But after spending time in the café, watching guests from the cat bridge and interacting on his own terms, he’s become so much more comfortable and curious. This independent boy may prefer playing over snuggling and eating treats over being pet, but he's ready for a home where he can continue to grow into the sweet and loyal companion he's meant to be. Today is Dundee trunk-or-treat from 2 to 5 PM! Though we won’t be trunking, we’ll still be handing out treats at our café at 5015 Dodge St. So come grab your sweets. This little sweetheart is named London. He was rescued in a Wal-Mart parking lot in April when someone dumped him and sped away. His mom recently moved and her landlord won't let her keep him. He is 8-9 months old, has been neutered and has had his rabies vaccine. He is a total sweetie...he loves to play, even with water, and gets along well with dogs; he even "barks" sometimes! He is located in Denison, Iowa but can definitely be brought to Council Bluffs or Omaha.

Please note that London is NOT an official Felius rescue cat and will not be at our cafe or available for adoption through Felius, we are simply connecting potential adopters with her current owner.
