🐾 Meet Kahlua! 🐾
This sweet 5-year-old Lab was referred to us for chronic right supraspinatus tendinopathy after ongoing limping in her right front leg. 💪🐶
After strict rest, Kahlua is feeling better and her family hasn’t noticed any recent limping — but getting back to activity safely is the next big step! ✨
Our goals in PT:
🐾 Reduce pain & inflammation
🐾 Improve strength & mobility
🐾 Help Kahlua safely return to the activities she loves 💙

🐾 Meet Gracie! 🐾
Gracie is a sweet 5-year-old Labrador Retriever referred to physical therapy by Skyline Veterinary Clinic following a femoral head ostectomy (FHO).
About six months ago, Gracie’s family noticed a persistent limp in her left hind leg. They initially managed her discomfort conservatively, but her lameness gradually worsened, leading to surgery.
Since her FHO, Gracie has started using her left hind leg again and is becoming more active throughout the day. While her use of the leg is still intermittent, she is making encouraging progress! 💪🐶
Gracie’s rehabilitation goals are focused on:
🐾 Improving hind limb strength
🐾 Building muscle mass
🐾 Increasing confidence using her leg
🐾 Helping her return to comfortable, pain-free movement
We’re excited to help Gracie regain her strength and get back to doing all the things Labs love most! ❤️

🇺🇸 Remember and Honor 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten.

We also want to send a special shout-out and a massive thank you to our very own Chase, who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Chase is currently deployed, and while we miss him back home, we are incredibly proud of his service and dedication.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. 🐕❤️

Meet Tank 🐾💙
Tank is an 8 year old Labrador Retriever who was referred to physical therapy following an Achilles tendon tear. His injury involved a rupture of the gastrocnemius and common tendon insertion, while the superficial digital flexor tendon remained intact.

Tank’s journey started back in October 2025, when his family noticed he was limping, had swelling on the top of his paw, and his paw began to curl. After an initial veterinary evaluation and X-rays, he was referred for a specialty consult where he was diagnosed with an Achilles tear.
His family first tried conservative management, and Tank showed some improvement, but by January, he began having more difficulty moving and developed a dropped hock. At that point, surgery became the best option.
In February, Tank underwent surgery to repair the damaged tissue.

Since surgery, Tank is making progress - he’s starting to put more weight through his leg and is on the road to recovery 🙌

His family’s goal? To help Tank move more comfortably, reduce pain, and get him back to enjoying his normal daily activities. 🐕✨

We’re excited to be part of Tank’s recovery journey and help him regain strength, mobility, and confidence every step of the way 💪🐾

Meet Chloe 💕🐾
This sweet 6-year-old Boston Terrier is on the road to recovery and we’re so excited to be part of her journey! 💪✨

Chloe was referred to PT following surgery to stabilize her left knee (medial patella luxation) on 3/12/26. Her story started back in August 2025 when she lunged for a ball 🎾, yelped, and suddenly stopped putting weight on her left hind leg.

Since surgery, Chloe has been on strict crate rest 🛏️ and is starting to use her leg more. 🐾 Her family is seeing progress and staying dedicated to her recovery. 💛👏

Our goals in PT are to help Chloe:
✨ Build strength
✨ Improve mobility
✨ Regain confidence
✨ Get back to running, playing, and having fun with her sister 🐕💕

Cheer Chloe on as she continues to heal and grow stronger every day!! 🎉🐾💪
