Waiting List Arrangement and Deposit Policy Change
1.) As of recent, I have decided to alter the way I accept individuals onto my waiting list. Most typically, if you ask to be placed on the waiting list I will gather minor details and place said individual on the waiting list, however, many have asked to be placed on the list and once a kitten is available have changed their mind. Time is valueable, and while I have the utmost interest in placing a kitten with amazing owners, the time it takes to receive responses from individuals on the waitlist before moving on to another potential owner is time consuming and not productive. Moving forward, if you have interest in a kitten and would like to be placed on a waiting list, a $100 dollar deposit will be required to be placed (at the time of placement you will be given an ESTIMATED litter D.O.B as well as your placement on the list (I.e. You are the 7th individual in line for a kitten). This deposit will be taken off the kittens purchase price, and as usual once the kitten is born an additional deposit will be required to hold until weaned (this will be 1/4th the kittens purchase price). It is also Non-Refundable, and while I understand things always happen (and I’d never recommend taking on a kitten if you are in a bad situation), this will ensure that the time I have spent advertising and discussing with potential owners is covered.
2.) Secondly, I have decided I will NO longer accept deposits through PayPal unless they have been sent through the Friends and Family option. I understand the appeal of the goods and services, being that it offers assurance in scam cases. However, it takes funding from my end (even though just a minor amount), as well as places all deposits/payments sent to me on hold for 3 weeks. I have little issue with deposits being on hold for several weeks, but I also must have the full payment and deposit received at time of pickup, if it is not, scheduled pickup will have to be pushed back to a date Post-receiving the initial deposit amount. Therefore, deposits will continue to be accepted through PayPal, but only through the Friends and Family option. If it is sent through goods and services it will be returned and payment will need to be restituted. Other forms of acceptable payment include: Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash- No Personal Checks may be issued. As always, If verification is ever an issue, I can provide many references and veterinary contact information.
3.) As far as availability goes, I have a litter planned for Late October/Early November. No current individuals are on the waiting list. If interested in getting placed on the waiting list please contact me anytime! Thanks in advance!
