Millie, Tan Girl And Big Boy Marley, black enjoying the beautiful weather today after their nap.
They are both wonderful dogs but are always so shy at our adoption events. So I’m hoping you can see them in this video as normal loving doggies. Both have huge hearts ready to love and bond with their special person. We’ve spent the most of two years together so I know them pretty well. They joined us at the Dog House back in March of 2023 as 9 week old puppies. Their litter mates have all found homes.
Millie and Marley are spayed/neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm negative, on heartworm prevention, microchipped and receive flea and tick protection.
Let’s share them to help them find homes 🏡.

Sorry to say we won’t be going to the Spring Festival Saturday.
I’m not sure if we are going to be able to pull this off. We need help setting up tents and merchandise at 8am at the event. We also need help tearing down tents and loading merchandise.
If you’re able to help please respond here or send us a message. The Senior Citizens Center is located just behind the OB library at the east end entrance of OB City Park.

Pup Date: Snoopy now known as Bernie! To celebrate Bernie being with me for 3 months now I took him to a local groomer and much to our surprise he's more of a speckled tone LOL here are a couple of pictures from yesterday.
He did great at the groomers and we had no issues at all. I thought you might like to see how he's doing.

We are getting so close to our Spring Craft Fair Date!
Join us this coming Saturday for some great shopping and some awesome, talented vendors. We have a lot of new vendors this time as well. 2 food trucks with some very tasty food items. Also BarBQ will be served on the inside. Thank you to everyone that has signed up as vendors. We try to add something different each event to make things run smoother, so those that are signed up for inside spaces are able to come Friday afternoon to set up their booths early. We will be open 4:00 - 6:00 pm for your convenience to set up your booth space early. We try our best to make things as easy as possible. On Saturday morning, we are asking all vendors to park across the street in the Park Office parking lot In order to free up space for shoppers. This is for your benefit if you are a vendor. Pup Date: Elvis got neutered and microchiped on Tuesday. He is doing really well, just trying to keep him from being to rambunctious for 7 days. Thank you Save1Pet for all the perks that come with the adoption fee!!

The old ankle biter, Mr J hasn’t been doing very well. So he had a senior panel drawn. Results were better than expected but he now needs to go on K/D food since his kidney aren’t functioning at 100%. His skin is yucky and he’s on chephelexin twice a day. His stomach isn’t taking to the antibiotic very well. It’s really hard to cut down the dose of a capsule. And of course Mr J has always been hard to pill. Then we have medicated baths twice a week. He sleeps a lot now. He’s got to be about 13 now. Originally found as a matted mess in 2015.

Little Fluffy Butt Corgi Honey nka Tater had her spay surgery yesterday. She’s going to sleep it off and get back to normal. She’s doing really well in her new home.

Kaci is all stressed out because we had to go to the clinic to get her extra thick nails drummeled. This is her after she got home! 😳
So she whines all the way to the clinic. It was really warm yesterday so I open the side door of the van and she immediately starts barking at a young lady on her phone. I apologized “As long as she can see you, she’s gonna bark at you.” So the nail technician comes out and Kaci is barking at her then growls at her. Good grief! Let’s get Lynn out here, Kaci knows her. What the heck you’re gonna bark and growl at Lynn too?
I’m happy to report Kaci, the drama Queen is back to normal today.
Yup, the Dog House is full of the crazy fur creatures. Never a dull moment here.
