As our pets grow older, the little things can make a big difference. 💙🐾

Simple modifications around the home can help support comfort, mobility, and independence:

• Area rugs for better traction on slippery floors
• Ramps to reduce stress on aging joints
• Elevated bowls for a more comfortable eating position
• Orthopedic beds for extra support and cushioning

Sometimes the smallest changes can help our pets continue enjoying the things they love most.

Sometimes the signs of discomfort in pets are easy to miss 🐾

Follow along with Caty, our canine physical therapy assistant, as she shares a few common signs that a pet may benefit from physical therapy, such as:

• Unwillingness to do normal activities like sitting on command, using stairs, or jumping on furniture
• Behavior changes like increased reactivity, unwillingness to be handled, or hesitancy at vet exams
• Limping, lameness, or stiffness with movement

Sometimes small changes can tell us a lot about how a pet is feeling. 💙
