We've recently returned from a week-long event at the German Shorthaired Pointer National, where numerous talented dogs competed for limited ribbons. Yeti secured ribbons in four out of five classes. Under the expert guidance of his friend Melissa and breeder, Yeti excelled. I'm extremely proud of this young dog's accomplishments and eagerly anticipate his future development.

Happy New Year! We have been busy with our lastest prospect and he is showing so much potential. I would like to formally introduce

Leibmeister You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet aka Yeti! He is a dream. Personality, Temperament and show quality. He is everything you would want in a GSP. Currently we are within our goal of achieving his Puppy of Achievement. We need three more wins. This is given to the dogs who win 10 shows before they are 12 months old. I am super proud of this boy and look forward to what 2026 brings.

I have not updated this page in awhile. Life gets in the way sometimes. So let me go back a few months to let you know my beautiful Sterling was diagnosed with Idiopathic Epilepsy. I cannot tell you how crushed I was to watch my otherwise healthy boy have seizures. Sterling did produce 1 liter before his seizures started but sadly there will be no more. After adding two medications and putting him on a raw diet we were able to finally make it 149 days before having another seizure. I was broken. So we reset the clock and started again moving forward. I have had to make decisions I never thought I would be making. I’m thankful for the support I have in people who rally behind me.

Rare Blessings is not just for my GSP’s it’s also for my adopted dogs. The ones who needed me. They thrieve here. They are happy and that makes my heart happy. Definitely not the best at grooming the Aussies but I try 🤣

God always provides for them! I’m thankful everyday!

Cersie makes her first debut back after spending the year off to mature. She and I went to the UKC show in South Carolina and Cersie did not disappoint. 2 Breed Wins! The last day of showing Sterling got to come play and of course my best boy won Champion and Best of Breed.
