We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Full-Time Sales Associate/Keyholder to join our team! You will play a vital role in the daily operations of our boutique, ensuring customers (and all tail-wagging guests) receive an exceptional shopping experience. You will be trained extensively in our product offerings, with a special focus on canine nutrition and healthy fresh feeding.
Pay starts at $15/hr and perks include a 30% Employee Discount. Must be available Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun 11am-6pm + as needed for various pop-up events throughout the year.
🐾 RESPONSIBILITIES 🐾
Customer Service & Sales:
Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic assistance to customers, guiding them on pet nutrition, wellness, and specialty products.
Keyholder Duties: Open and close the store independently, ensuring a smooth and secure operation.
Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
Inventory & Merchandising: Organize and restock products, receive shipments, and maintain store cleanliness and presentation. Build creative and visually engaging displays.
Self-Serve Dog Wash: Assist customers with using the self-serve dog wash station, maintaining cleanliness.
Social Media & Marketing:
Help create engaging content for social media, promoting new products, in-store events, and pet wellness tips.
Pop-Up Events: Assist at off-site events, representing Elevate: Pet Boutique and engaging with the local pet community.
Continuous Education: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, as well as trends in the industry.
🐾 QUALIFICATIONS 🐾
Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or pet-related environment preferred.
Pet Passion: A love for pets and a genuine interest in holistic pet nutrition.
Reliability & Independence: Ability to work independently, open/close the store, and take initiative.
