I have blocked this person and wanted to post a warning to not follow anything pertaining to this. After MUCH time spent on the phone with AT&T, we have found out there is a tower outage close to our business, which is likely causing the issues where AT&T mobile customers cannot get through to our phone line (we are not serviced by AT&T, so all other callers can get through). AT&T hopes to have it restored tomorrow. Please email us at [email protected] if you need anything until your phone service is restored!
