Good afternoon Daycare & Boarding Cleints

This is not the easiest post to make, but it has become necessary. Over the past few months, we’ve noticed that some of our policies and boundaries have not been consistently respected. These policies are in place not only for the safety and well-being of your pets but also for our family, as we operate our business from our home and raise our daughter here.

To ensure clarity moving forward, we have updated our policies. At drop-off or pick-up, all clients will be asked to review and sign the new policy agreement.

Key Reminders:
• Leash Policy: For the safety of your pet and out of respect for our neighbors, all dogs must be leashed at drop-off and pick-up. Even if your dog is trained off-leash, we require leashes on our property. Unleashed dogs will not be accepted.
• Closed Time Windows: Drop-offs and pick-ups will not be accepted during the following times:
• 7:30–8:30 AM (school drop-off)
• 3:00–4:00 PM (school pick-up)
If you arrive during these times, you will need to wait until the window has passed.
• Latest Pick-Up: The latest pick-up time is 8:00 PM. Pick-ups after 8:00 PM will incur a $15 late fee or may be moved to the following day with a regular boarding charge.
• Extended Care: For boarding clients, pick-up after 11:00 AM will result in a $15 extended care fee.
• Communication: Please text us with your ETA before arrival. We are often outside with the dogs or in the grooming room and may not hear the door.
• Payments: All balances must be paid before the last day of service.Unless discussed otherwise

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow us to maintain a safe, smooth, and respectful environment for everyone. Thank you for trusting us with the care of your beloved pets.
