Is it rude to tell a customer that you need a deposit. When you have talked to for hours on the phone and in person . Showed them puppies then ask to come back again with no purpose of actually buying a pup. I told him if he wanted to come he needed to be ready to purchase or reserve a puppy . This isn’t a petting zoo . What’s a your thoughts?
