In the past 5 years we have sold thousands of toys all throughout the USA and including occasional shipments to the Philippines, New Zealand, Canada, and Europe!

Due to low sales and family stuff going on we’ve decided to take around the last month off; while this resulted in no sales for the last 40ish days it did help us reevaluate ourselves as a business as well; fortunately I’ve been able to make some changes and preparing more materials which will help us expedite our order processing time and avoid shipping issues that we’ve faced before. We’re hoping to have at-least 5 sales this week for a total of $150ish to cover this month and last month's website costs and domain to stay open.

Some may ask why do rabbits need toys; the simple answer is toys are very beneficial to rabbits like how toys are beneficial to toddlers! Toys encourage rabbits to perform natural behaviors such as chewing, tossing and chin rubbing! We have a variety of toys; however most of our toys feature at least one of the following: all organic kiln dried pine, apple oat biscuits, and sisal rope.

It is important to note that some toys advertised as rabbit toys in big retailers (such as petsmart/petco) truly may not be safe for your buns! Here are some things that are NOT safe for rabbits that you should keep an eye out for seeds and pits (your rabbit can't digest them properly), yogurt drops (or other items that contain a high amount of diary), corn & corn husks, walnuts, peanuts, almonds (these nuts & other nuts contain high fat content and can be harmful to your rabbit if it digests too much). It's also important to note that food treats should ALWAYS be in moderation.

Please note our toys are not excluded from any of these safety concerns here are a few things to keep in mind while purchasing our toys! We do have plastic and metal pieces on most of our toys; while these aren’t a huge concern to a rabbits safety we do encourage our customers that if they notice any severe damage to the cat ball, or linkable rings we ask you to take away the toy temporarily or disconnect the damaged piece from the toy. Just as any dog or cat toy toys can become damaged making them unsafe for the animal.

Our shop does offer an “all natural” section that features objects that consist 100% of safely digestible items for rabbits.

This is something that I've been wanting to do for awhile now and with finally move our website ( KHKRabbitToys.com ) over to shopify instead of square I can finally do this!!!

We are excited to announce we have launched a rewards program! This rewards program will award you with 5 points per $1 spent on our website. It'll also award you with 100 points when you follow us on instagram and like our page on facebook! As you may have noticed I’ve been missing in action (as far as advertising my handmade rabbit toys) for the last several weeks. Unfortunately early-mid February I came down with some type of upper respiratory illness that absolutely drained me physically so I decided to take some time off and prioritize getting better! Hopefully everyone can understand my decision. However, now I’m fully back to working hard on my rabbit toys and providing high quality, long lasting chews to my customers!

In that time I have done some upgrades to my website, price points, shipping, etc… This will HOPEFULLY help everything run so much smoother! We are always appreciative of everyone's support and it truly means so much to me. I’m also currently working on faster turnaround times (currently our GOAL for turn around time is 3-4 business days). This is because each toy is made per order (this means we cut, sand, drill, assemble each toy as orders come in to guarantee freshness)!

Updated all toy pricing to reflect material costs along with labor that goes into each toy. *Some toys have decreased in pricing while others have increased in pricing; this is our way to ensure what we charge for our toys is FAIRLY calculated based on the amount of labor and materials that goes into each toy. While figuring out our price point on each toy we evaluate the time it takes to cut, sand, and drill each piece of that toy and how long it takes to assemble all those components as well. If a toy has more pieces the labor cost will be higher opposed to a toy that has less components where the labor cost will be lower.

Faster shipping than before!!! We have made sure to order extra supplies to have on hand for our toys as orders come in!

Updated website to have less issues with ordering processing (software updates; please inform me if issues persists).

Real-Time shipping cost will be in-effect soon as I’m just awaiting a developer to respond to assist me a little bit with this. This will ensure all customers are charged exactly how much shipping is where as before where i was having to estimate shipping cost and a lot of time it was below the actual cost. Once this is fully generated the hope is to have labels auto-matically generated at time of purchase to give customers a tracking number immediately to track their order.

Here are some things that are NOT safe for rabbits that you should keep an eye out for seeds and pits (your rabbit can't digest them properly), yogurt drops (or other items that contain a high amount of diary), corn & corn husks, walnuts, peanuts, almonds (these nuts & other nuts contain high fat content and can be harmful to your rabbit if it digests too much). It's also important to note that food treats should ALWAYS be in moderation.
Please note our toys are not excluded from any of these safety concerns here are a few things to keep in mind while purchasing our toys! We do have plastic and metal pieces on most of our toys; while these aren’t a huge concern to a rabbits safety we do encourage our customers that if they notice any severe damage to the cat ball, or linkable rings we ask you to take away the toy temporarily or disconnect the damaged piece from the toy. Just as any dog or cat toy toys can become damaged making them unsafe for the animal.
Our shop does offer an “all natural” section that features objects that consist 100% of safely digestible items for rabbits.

Updated all toy pricing to reflect material costs along with labor that goes into each toy. *Some toys have decreased in pricing while others have increased in pricing; this is our way to ensure what we charge for our toys is FAIRLY calculated based on the amount of labor and materials that goes into each toy. While figuring out our price point on each toy we evaluate the time it takes to cut, sand, and drill each piece of that toy and how long it takes to assemble all those components as well. If a toy has more pieces the labor cost will be higher opposed to a toy that has less components where the labor cost will be lower.
