This morning, a large fire broke out at Fur Ever Friends Rescue in Choctaw. Diane risked her own life to save as many animals as possible and is being treatment for smoke inhalation. Our thoughts and prayers are with Diane and the animals as they recover.

Thank you to Diane and our first responders from the City of Choctaw and surrounding communities who worked hard to contain the fire and rescue as many animals as possible.

Peter Alexander AKA "Petey" is still on the hunt for his forever home❤️
Petey is around 3 yrs old. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchiped. Petey is leash trained and does awesome in his kennel. He can sit and shake and is very gentle when taking treats. He does well with other dogs but is a big boy and does play rough occasionally. We found Pete on the streets about 2 months ago and are still learning his personality traits. We think he would do best in a home where he was the only pet or possibly with another large dog. He is not aggressive by any means but he does play hard.

Tis the season to help our local animal rescue with a donation drive.

We have teamed up with “Because of you Chihuahua Rescue” located in Edmond, Ok. They are a small rescue passionate about Chihuahuas and other small breed dogs and their well-being. Because of You is dedicated to finding loving "forever homes” for the small guys.

Our pets rely on us humans for all their needs. Food, water, medical care, a warm cozy place to sleep, love, attention, trust,and affection. Sadly, there are many dogs that do not live a life with these securities but we have great humans that help while they wait for their forever home.

Donations needed
-blankets/towels
-soft treats
-small beds
-pe**ee pads (size large & small)
-canned/dry cat food (feral cats)
-various wet dog food (especially for seniors)
-beneful incredibites ** (high priority)

Anything your dogs enjoy the rescue pups will too!!!

*Pete is looking for his forever home*

Hey guys, Shayna here. CJ and I recently found this sweet dude. He was roaming around our neighborhood for about a week. We were finally able to get a hold of him, and get him safe, fed, cleaned up and out of the rain. We have posted on all the socials looking for the owners, but no luck. He does not have a microchip either. We believe him to be around 2 years old. He is very gentle and calm. He can sit and shake and rarely barks. He does very well in a kennel and has shown zero aggression. He is still in tact, but we have an appointment next week to get him fixed and vaccinated. He will stay with us til we find him the perfect home. If anyone has any questions give us a call at the shop. Please help us give Pete a great future ❤️🐾
